1. The original combination of dual RU110 indexing box is used for reasonable adaptation. It greatly improves the stability and service life of the machine.

2. The second generation fully enclosed turntable design is adopted. The upper mold adopts two shafts to move up and down in a circle, and the imported silica gel is sealed to reduce the powder feeding into the rotary table; The lower mold adopts two shafts for circular movement in and out, and is equipped with imported silicone sealing ring to reduce the situation of powder belt due to the movement of the shaft back and forth, which is stable and high in accuracy; The double shaft is made of gland, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning. It is not necessary to open the rotary table to replace the sealing ring, so as to avoid the disadvantages of complicated installation due to disassembly of the rotary table.

3. Based on the lower plane of the measuring plate, a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism is adopted to eliminate the natural deformation of the measuring plate and the copper pad plate, and the gap is uniform, reduce the leakage of powder, and facilitate cleaning, so as to ensure the difference in loading capacity.
