NJP-2500 full-automatic capsule filling machine is an innovative design that has been improved many times by our company for the current domestic similar models. The machine is characterized by compact structure, small model, low noise, accurate filling and stable operation.

1. The original combination of dual RU110 indexing box is used for reasonable adaptation. It greatly improves the stability and service life of the machine.

2. The second generation fully enclosed turntable design is adopted. The upper mold adopts two shafts to move up and down in a circle, and the imported silica gel is sealed to reduce the powder feeding into the rotary table; The lower mold adopts two shafts for circular movement in and out, and is equipped with imported silicone sealing ring to reduce the situation of powder belt due to the movement of the shaft back and forth, which is stable and high in accuracy; The double shaft is made of gland, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning. It is not necessary to open the rotary table to replace the sealing ring, so as to avoid the disadvantages of complicated installation due to disassembly of the rotary table.

3. Based on the lower plane of the measuring plate, a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism is adopted to eliminate the natural deformation of the measuring plate and the copper pad plate, and the gap is uniform, reduce the leakage of powder, and facilitate cleaning, so as to ensure the difference in loading capacity. 4. The capsule control switch is added. (Control outside the body: safer and more convenient)

5. The inching control system is added to facilitate humanized operation in production and cleaning.

6. The capsule vacuum positioning and separation mechanism is adopted to make the capsule loading rate reach 99%.

7. Double-row silica gel pad is used, without air source and dust flying.

8. Modular closed powder filling mechanism is adopted, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.

9. The equipment is equipped with an automatic timing refueling system.

10. The 7-inch color LCD screen can automatically alarm when it is short of capsule, powder, vacuum fault, and the machine door is released.

11. The secondary dehumidification device for the humidity in the filling room is added to solve the poor dehumidification effect of the filling workshop system and the physical endurance limit of the operator (optional).

12. The mold cleaning and blowing structure is added to solve the problem that the capsule is difficult to be pulled out due to the deposition of strong adhesive dust in the mold plane and mold cavity during production, which greatly improves the capsule loading rate (optional).
