1. Main purpose
The machine uses the crystal water in the material to directly make the powder into the new equipment. It is widely used in the granulation of pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries, especially suitable for the granulation of materials that cannot be solved by wet method. The granules made by this machine can be compressed into tablets, filled with capsules, etc.

2. Working principle
(1) The raw material is loaded into the hopper, and is conveyed and compressed by the feeding screw (the density of the powder is doubled), and is pushed to the bite angle of the two squeezing rollers.
(2) The raw material is squeezed into a thin sheet through the vertically placed pressure roller, and the pressure roller with different surface structures and the speed of the pressure roller can be selected according to the characteristics of the material.
(3) According to the requirements of different particle sizes, the mesh size of the screen in the granulating system of the equipment can be replaced with each other.
(4) The thickness of the material depends on the speed of the feeding screw, the speed of the pressing wheel and the pressure of the oil cylinder to coordinate and adjust to obtain the best effect. Among them, the material characteristics are very important.
