Working principle of single-punch tablet machine: The single-punch tablet machine is characterized by a small desktop electric continuous tableting machine, which can also be hand-cranked. The pressed tablets have an average thickness and high gloss without polishing. Since the single-punch tablet machine has only one die, it is called a single-punch tablet machine; the filling depth of the material and the thickness of the tablet can be adjusted.
The punch of the lower punch of the single punch tablet machine enters the middle die hole from the lower end of the middle die hole, seals the bottom of the middle die hole, and uses the feeder to fill the middle die hole with medicine, and the upper punch enters the middle die hole from the upper end of the middle die hole. Then, the upper punch rises and exits the hole, and the lower punch rises to push the tablet out of the middle die hole, completing a tableting process; the lower punch descends to the original position, ready to be filled again.

Main Application:
This machine is designed for pressing round tablets from various granular materials, applicable to lab used for research and development and to small-scale production. as its feature, it is a small desk-top continuous press driven by motor or man-power.
