Purpose and performance

High precision liquid quantitative filling machine - it is a mechanical rotary type, normal pressure filling, quantitative by measuring cup, and the filling valve is a fully closed, fully automatic type. It is an empty bottle transferred from the bottle conveying line. Each empty bottle is sent to the turntable accurately through the bottle feeding wheel mechanism, and the empty bottle will rotate immediately. At the same time, the empty bottle is lifted up by the soft support mechanism, and the bottle mouth will open automatically after contacting the filling valve for filling. After filling, The bottle is automatically pulled out and enters the bottle conveying line, and the whole process ends. The machine is equipped with an automatic protection device. In case of bottle jam, the machine will stop automatically to protect the safety of human and machine.
