Performance characteristics:
1. The main drum adopts a non-porous structure and is completely enclosed. The guide plate is installed inside to make the core turn smoothly and avoid fragments and knocking edges; the drum wall and the guide plate are mirror-polished to improve the yield rate.
2. The air collection is filtered through primary, secondary and high levels to achieve a 100,000-level clean effect; the exhaust adopts a bag dust removal device with a dust removal effect of 99%. With the shock absorption device, the noise is less than 75 decibels, which meets environmental protection requirements.
3. The special wind source exchange system is designed to exchange hot and cold according to process needs, that is, the fan-shaped wind paddle can be either the air inlet or the air outlet. The wind paddle aperture ranges from 0.6 to 3.00MM according to customer needs, which is suitable for coatings of different specifications.
4. The drum is equipped with a sight hole explosion-proof lamp to make the material clearly visible and facilitate flexible control of process changes.
5. After cleaning, the computer automatically locates and drains, which is convenient and clean.
6. The constant pressure variable peristaltic pump eliminates the reflux pipe, and the output paddle material and the spray paddle amount are automatically balanced, which stabilizes the atomization effect, saves dressings, and is easy to clean, without dead corners, and avoids cross contamination.
7. The imported spray gun designed and manufactured specifically for the package host is easy to operate and easy to master, and can flexibly control the process requirements. The gun head must have 0.29---0.39MPA to fire the gun. The flow rate, angle, and fan are adjustable. It has the characteristics of consistent density inside and outside the atomized section of the dressing, consistent particle size, uniform atomization, large spray surface, no dripping, no gun blocking, and saving dressings. Feedback from users at home and abroad has received unanimous praise.
8. PLC automatically controls process parameters such as negative pressure, air flow, and temperature, and can arrange multiple sets of process flows in a certain order, and automatically work and store according to the settings to avoid errors in manual operation.
9. The exhaust port is equipped with an anti-backflow device, which closes the exhaust port before shutdown to prevent the waste gas in the exhaust cabinet from flowing back.
