The NJP-2500 fully automatic capsule filling machine is a product of our company's multiple improvements and innovative designs for similar domestic models. The machine has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, low noise, accurate filling, and smooth operation.
1. Innovatively adopting a combination of dual RU110 indexing boxes for reasonable adaptation. Greatly improving the stability and service life of the machine.
2. Adopting the second-generation fully enclosed turntable design. The upper mold adopts dual axis circular up and down movement, and is sealed with imported silicone to reduce powder feeding into the turntable; The lower mold adopts dual axis circular in and out motion, equipped with imported silicone sealing rings to reduce the occurrence of powder caused by the back and forth expansion and contraction of the motion axis, and is stable with high precision; The dual axis adopts a pressure cover production, which is easy to disassemble and clean. The sealing ring can be replaced without opening the turntable, avoiding the cumbersome problem of disassembling and reinstalling the turntable.
3. Based on the lower plane of the measuring disc, a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism is adopted to eliminate the natural deformation of the measuring disc and copper pad disc, with uniform gaps and reduced powder leakage. It is easy to clean and ensures the difference in loading volume, which is unique to similar models nationwide.
4. Added capsule control switch design. (Controlled outside the body: safer and more convenient)
5. Added jog control system for user-friendly operation in production and cleaning.
6. Adopting a capsule vacuum positioning and separation mechanism, the capsule loading rate reaches 99%.
7. Adopting double row silicone pads, no need for air source, and no dust flying out of the bag device.
8. Adopting a modular enclosed powder filling mechanism, it is easy to disassemble and clean.
9. The equipment has an automatic timed refueling system.
10. Equipped with a 7-inch color LCD display screen, it can automatically sound an alarm when there is a shortage of capsules, medicine powder, vacuum failure, or the machine door is released.
11. Added settings and equipped with a secondary dehumidification device for filling indoor humidity, which solves the problem of poor dehumidification effect in the filling workshop system and the physical endurance limit of operators (optional).
12. The mold cleaning and blowing structure has been added, which solves the problem of strong adhesive powder deposition in the mold plane and cavity during production, making it difficult to remove the capsule, greatly improving the capsule loading rate (optional).
