Principle of vacuum belt dryer
The dry purpose is that heat energy mainly heats up material and gasifies water of material, which has both kinds: One is free water, the other is combined water. Vacuum caterpillar type continuous dryer drying extract is different from other dry equipments. The heat source of continuous vacuum belt dryer is from the heat of conducting under the belt. Because under the vacuum condition, gasified temperature is low, generally, about from 30 to 90 degree, extract and other material begin to boil and froth. Water of material without resistance quickly is taken out and braized.
The mechanism of continuous vacuum belt dryer is reasonable for energy-conservation. Material become the porous crisp particle after it is dried, and has good solubility. This dryer auto continuously operates at the low temperature with high production efficiency. Its process wastes less. It is easy to operate. Whole process for dry and crush go on in the airtight environment, and reduce pollution.
If especially some material require dryness under vacuum situation of 90-140 centigrade during actual production, then dry production efficiency is higher. While through Air-stream and spraying drier, at that time drier heats up material, After extract meets heat steam, it forms a layer of membrane (much carbohy), which resists free water and combined water of material gasifying. In order to destroy this membrane it must improve temperature, but high temperature will also destroy thermal sensitive material, at the same time because the air amount is big, the losses of dry powder of products taken out of with the air current are greater.
Vacuum belt dryer's features
1. It continuously feed and discharge materials under vacuum state in accordance with GMP hygienic requirements.
2. Thermal sensitive material does not change if dry temperature is controlled about from 30 to 90 degree.
3. Used steam, electrical and heat transfer fluid/oil as heat energy, it is easy to realize auto-control temperature.
4. During dry process controlled material's temperature about 60-80 degree, after 45-60 minutes it starts to continuously unload the product, and directly to crush under vacuum state.
5. Feed material with constant speed of ration pump(at random set up quantity of feeding material according to frequency conversion)
6. Steadiness and credibility of operation((at random set up speed according to frequency conversion). Belt material has stainless steel and PTFE INTERLACED STRIP
7. It can make particle automatically, continuously discharge dry particle to store storage bucket under the vacuum condition, can automatically change store storage bucket for dry particle during the course of auto dryness. Also according to detail requirement, configure auto enter-material equipments which can meet much output of dry production.

9. It has function of CIP which automatically clean and is easy to install and finish cleaning work of inside dryer.
10. Pedrail has from one layer to ten layers according to customers' requirements.
