Capsule tablet elevator:
The main components of the patent hoist are: 1. Buffer bucket (100L), 2. Hoist, 3. Hoist bucket (7L).
Improving working principle:
1. The buffer hopper adopts a manual feeding capacity of 100L. When the lifting hopper reaches the outlet position of the buffer hopper, the vertically moving buffer hopper gate plate moves downward, and the material in the buffer hopper flows into the lifting hopper. After a certain period of time, the buffer hopper gate plate moves upward to prevent further feeding to the lifting hopper.
2. After confirming that the cache bucket gate plate has been moved up to the set highest position, the lifting bucket is lifted by the elevator to the highest position. At the highest position, the gate of the lifting bucket is automatically opened, and the material flows out and slides into the subsequent weighing scale or blister packaging machine bin through the transition chute.
