Application and description:
This machine is used for mixing power and liquid material. It is suitable for industries such as pharmaceutical, food, beverage, juice, chemical, pesticide and etc.
We provide various mixing kettle with cover, with full range from lab use to production use. It can be customized designed and manufactured to meet different mixing production requirements. Mixing tank consists of components such as tank body, tank cover, jacket, agitator, driving device, shaft sealing device, support etc...
Regular agitators: Anchor type, impeller type, turbine type, propeller type or frame type etc.
Structure characteristics:
(1)The tanks are manufactured completely according to JB/4735-1997,
(2)Adopts high quality imported SUS304 or SUS316L,
(3)Tank inside adopts mechnical Polish with high smooth finish.
(4)The end of plate and connection joint adopts round transition, without dead angle, easy to clean.
(5)Adopts polyurethane foam to keep warm with good effect
(6)The plate jacket is fixed inside.
(7)Different CIP cleaning tips agitators, and asepsis breathing mouth can be fixed under order.
