Steps:
1. Open the upper cover and load the crushed materials.
2. Tighten the upper cover and tighten the locking nut.
3. Turn on the power, cut the pulverizer at an angle of 45°, turn on the start switch, start the operation, and swing the machine during the pulverization process.
4. After crushing, turn off the power and unplug the power socket. 5. Open the upper cover and pour out the powder.
Precautions:
1. The input amount of crushed materials should not exceed 1/2 of the capacity of the crusher.
2. The crushed materials must be dry, and it is not suitable to process wet and oily items, and dry chili should not be too long.
3. When the machine is just turned on, if the main blade of the crushed material is caught and the motor cannot operate normally, the power supply must be cut off immediately to prevent the motor from being damaged, and it can be restarted after cleaning.
4. Generally, traditional Chinese medicinal materials only need to be crushed for 30-60 seconds, while special materials require a longer time, and they are also crushed for a period of time before powdering. The crushing time should not be too long to prevent the fine powder from heating and sticking to the crushing bin.
5. This machine cannot work continuously for a long time. Do not exceed 5 minutes each time. When the processing quantity is large, you must rest in the middle to prevent the motor from overheating and causing damage to the motor.
6. After a long time of use, check the wear of the carbon brush and blade normally, and replace the accessories as appropriate.
7. To prevent the machine from falling to the ground and damaging the machine, a relatively stable work surface should be installed to keep the work site clean and bright.
8. If you find that the motor does not work normally, check the wiring or check the fuse.
9. It is forbidden to clean the entire crushing box with water. When the upper cover is opened, the machine cannot be turned on.
