After anti-rust treatment, the outer cover is SS304 sheet, which not only meets the requirements of the working strength of the equipment, but also meets the requirements of GMP.
As the lifting and clamping device of the mixing hopper, the screw nut with transmission device has good transmission performance and self-locking performance, and has obvious safety characteristics. The screw nut mechanism is hidden in the rotating body.
A clamping column is designed at the top corner of the rotating body, which works together with the clamping footprint at the bottom of the rotating body to ensure that the mixing hopper does not slip sideways during the mixing process.
The rotating body and the guide rod are made of SS 304 stainless steel, and the lifting screw is made of 2Cr13; the guide rod and the lubrication point of the screw nut pair are fully airtight and sealed, which does not leak or pollute the medicine.
