Product Description

Rotary Flash Dryer for Cuprous Chloride, Lead Sulfate

Flash dryer is a new continuous drying equipment integrating drying, crushing and screening, which is especially suitable for drying filter cake, paste and slurry materials. The drying time of wet materials in the drying tower is only 5-8 seconds, and the moisture evaporates instantaneously. The quality of the dried products is greatly related to the drying temperature, wind speed, air volume and crushing speed. The hot air enters the annular space at the bottom of the drying chamber from the inlet pipe in a tangent direction and rises spirally. At the same time, the materials are added into the tower in a fixed amount by the feeder and fully heat exchanged with the hot air. The larger and wetter materials are mechanically crushed under the action of the agitator. The materials with lower moisture content and smaller particle size rise with the rotating airflow and are transported to the separator for gas-solid separation. The finished products are collected and packaged, The tail gas is discharged after being treated by the dust remover.

Material is dried under fluidized condition with large drying strength ,esp .suitable for large batch continuous production . 
Instantaneous drying time (only few seconds for the whole duration )ensures the material temperature under 80ºC even though it has a higher inlet air temperature ,which is suitable for drying of thermal sensitive materials .
Few access to the outside and no contamination to the materials ,therefore high quality product is ensured .
