SJJJ-40 wrapping paper machine, it will used for packing big tablets in one row with paper or aluminum material. This machine adopts by step-less motor control, stepper motor sending paper by Siemens PLC,touch screen control completely and action stable, easy to operate and maintain.Material contact part is made of stainless steel 316L and meets with GMP certified standards.

Composition and role
1. Oscillation feeding part: manually put the cover into the oscillating disc, and the oscillation will automatically send the piece into the arranging part.
2. The sepal part: When the tablet sent by the oscillating film feeding part is discharged into the trajectory through the cymbal piece.
3. Paper feeding part: When the machine is turned on, the paper feeding part will automatically send the paper according to the set length and automatically cut off.
4. Paper loading section: Manually place the roll paper on the roll paper shaft and place the paper on the paper feed roller shaft as required.
5. Roller roller part: When a piece of film and roll paper is detected, the paper and the tablet can be automatically rolled into a roll.
6. Electronic control part: The whole operation process of the equipment is controlled by PLC and automatically executed in order. When a package is missing, it will automatically alarm and stop.
