LJ-900 Automatic Case Packing Integrated Machine is a new product developed by our company based on foreign technology.It can be connected to high-speed bundling machine,3D transparent film packaging machine, heat shrink machine, and other machine.The back end can be directly connected for packaging and stacking, achieving a complete rear packaging production line.This equipment adopts a high-end advanced design made of all aluminum, imported electrical components, PLC, and human-machine interface operation.It has functions such as automatic unpacking, automatic packing, and automatic sealing, making the operation process of the equipment more stable and convenient. It can be used in the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics industries,and meets GMP standards.

The automatic packing machine adopts a computer program control system, which can achieve multiple functions such as automatic folding of the box, filling of products, automatic positioning, automatic bottom sealing, and automatic lid sealing. The work process mainly includes the following steps:
1. Paper board supply system: Transport the paper boards to the automatic packing machine.
