Working principle;
Core working principle: The bottle separation mechanism separates the products, and the bottles are positioned by a cylinder. The cotton is transported along the guide plate, and the set length of cotton is pulled and dropped into the bottle by two pairs of pressure rollers. Then, the cylinder inserts all the cotton into the bottle; PLC full process control.
Operation process: Bottle placement (can be connected to the assembly line) ->Bottle conveying (automatically implemented by the equipment) ->Bottle positioning ->Pull off cotton ->Feed into the bottle, plug the cotton cylinder ->Switch to the next bottle and repeat the above actions.
