Applications:

NTS Series lifter feeder(Movable & Telescopic Type) is mainly used in conveying and material feeding of dust powder and solid particle materials in pharmaceutical enterprises. It can be used compatibly with powder mixers, rapid mixer granulator, tablet press, coating machine, capsule filling machine and packaging machine. So it can effectively reduce dust powder and cross contamination and greatly reduce labor intensity. It serves as ideal material conveying equipment for pharmaceutical factories and is also widely used in food chemical and other light industries.

Features:
A. Housing of the machine body is made from austenitic stainless steel without any dead angle concave or convex slippery and easy to clean.
B. Polyurethane caster wheel I s equipped for easy moving without handing the epoxy floor coating and leaving no trace.
C. The valve can be removed and is easy to be cleaned.
D. Charging bucket is equipped with seal device and reliably locked. There's no dust raising and leakage occurred during operation effectively preventing cross contamination.
E. The lifting post can be raised and lowered to let it easy to pass the door for transportation and installation and it is suitable for equipments with feeding height of 1.8m to 2.5m.
