2. Machine Introduction
2-1. The cuff type heat shrink packaging machine is a new type of packaging machine independently developed and researched by our company. The new type of shrink film automatic packaging machine with independent intellectual property rights is widely used for combination packaging of beverages, food, pharmaceutical and chemical products, etc. No need for pallets or cardboard boxes, whether square, circular, or flat, it can be packaged perfectly with excellent visual effects and low packaging costs. This machine adopts a novel optimized design, with PLC automatic control, human-machine interface tracking, and accurate fiber positioning. The secondary package enters the state, eliminating bottle shortage, bottle pouring, flexible adjustment, safe and beautiful. Adjustable hot air circulation structure, suitable for various existing heat shrink films (including color printing), with fast and easy film replacement, fault warning, complete locking, and reliable operation. 2-2. The bottles or boxes that need to be packaged are transported through the bottle conveying mechanism along the channel formed by the bottle sorting mechanism to reach the bottle blocking plate. The signal is given by the upper photoelectric detection head, and the bottle (box) conveyor stops. The baffle retreats to release the stress of the conveying and extrusion production, and the partition rises to separate the packaging bottle (box) from the waiting bottle (box). The pushing mechanism works forward to make the packaging bottles (boxes) reach the sealing and cutting position along with the film along the bottle (box) guide mechanism. At the same time, the packaging bottles that were previously covered with film are pushed onto the conveyor belt inside the heat shrink equipment. At this time, the film feeding mechanism also works simultaneously. Then the heat sealing cutter moves downwards to complete the sealing and cutting function. The packaging bottles pushed onto the high-temperature conveyor belt complete the thermal shrinkage function while moving forward in the thermal shrinkage equipment, and finally reach the finished product carrying device after being cooled and shrunk by cold air. The above process is continuously repeated to achieve packaging automation.
