JDZ-200 Automatic Cartoning Machine is new model developing base on integrated domestic and foreign advance technology. It is high technology product incorporates pneumatic-photo-electro-mechanic.
This machine is suitable for pharmaceutical and foods packaging, with blister molding of the capsule, tablet and Al-plastic blister packaging. The whole working process can be divided as follows: Product conveying (one or more pieces every time); Twice pre-opened carton device ensure the carton forming;
The leaflet conveying (1-4 folding); Automatic carton forming and conveying; Insert product and leaflet into the carton; Batch number printing; Each end of carton sealing and other complicated process. The machine exterior are made of stainless steel cover hull. The working face was sealed by plexiglass. Machine design in strict accordance with GMP standards. The transmission part adopt the overload protection. The machine is also equipped with emergency stop device and human-machine touch screen to ensure the save of operator.
Feature:
1 Stop suck leaflet when lack product, stop suck carton when lack leaflet.
2 Machine run idle if without product or product not arrive the correct position, machine run again after product supply normally. Machine stop working when insert product incorrectly.;
