Performance and Feature
1. Frequency speed regulating: The speed can be adjusted according to he factors such as travel range and feeding difficulty of filling material etc.(within 6-50 times per min). It is necessary to test the machine at a low speed, and then run at a high speed in a certain range after proficiency.
2. Adopting manipulator gripping feeding mechanism, the travel range can be freely adjusted within 40 to 160mm that can freely design the sheet size in the range. (It overcomes the shortcomings of single travel range pulled by roller of the original DGB type)
3. Forming register heating: The cam up point stopping and parking brake device avoids the plastic waste and the out of sync when restart. It adopts clamping registering heating, thus shorten the heating time of plastic pieces, reducing the heating power and temperature which increases the stability of plastic pieces and prolongs the life of heating plate.
4. Blister forming, heat-sealing, batch number embossing, creasing, punching, etc adopt mandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when shaking the hand wheel, and it has staff gauge, easy to adjust and exact orientation.
5. Heat sealing of air cushion: The cylinder will lift the checker plate automatically when the machine is stopped, that can remove deformation of blister caused by heat-radiation and is convenient to clean the checker plate. Moreover, it can buffer the excessive pressure and prolong operating life of the machine.
6. Matching and heat-sealing of cross hatch: There are both point net vein on front and back surfaces. Owing to their same stress, it can avoid the curling of the plate and improve sealing performance (also for line sealing).
7. All the spare parts including the second filling hopper, which will contact with the medicine, are all made of stainless steel and nonpoisonous material and meets GMP requirement.
8. The automatic sending device and waste rewinding remove the influence of sync caused by the different specifications of the rollers during production.
9. The forming, heat-sealing and creasing mould adopt bolt orientation, with exact orientation and easy to change the mould.
10. It is controlled by man-machine interface (or touch panel), and with batch number embossing, creasing and cutting, automatic stop and alarm for finished and broken pieces. The industrial process is smooth and visual.
