structure
1. Main body: The body is an independent rectangular cylinder, with a closed bearing seat connected to the powder hopper, and the powder hopper extends towards the body.
2. Particle manufacturing device: The rotating drum is horizontally placed under the powder hopper, with bearing supports at the front and rear. It rotates in a reverse direction through the transmission of gear racks. The front bearing cover of the end face is movable, and during assembly and disassembly, as long as a wing nut is unscrewed, the bearing cover and the rotating drum can be extracted. Both ends of the placed drum are made with convex square rings.
3. Reduction gearbox: Adopting worm gear transmission, the gearbox can store oil, and there is a mirror on the gearbox to observe the operation and oil storage. The outer end of the worm gear is equipped with an eccentric shaft, which drives the gear rack to move back and forth.
4. Screen clamping tube: It is installed on both sides of the rotating drum, made of steel pipes, with a long groove in the middle. The two ends of the screen are embedded in the groove, and the flower shaped handwheel is rotated to wrap the screen on the outer circle of the rotating drum. The handwheel is supported by gears, and the tightness can be adjusted.
5. Motor frame: One bolt is firmly connected to the screw, and the motor is installed on the iron plate. When the screw bolt is turned, the motor moves up and down to adjust the belt.
