working principle:
When the toothed plate is rotated to move the ampoule to the dispensing station, the convex surface of the cam leaves the connecting rod and gradually descends along the cam surface, causing the pressure seat to move downwards with the pressure head relying on the torsion spring force until the ampoule is pressed. At this time, due to the distance maintained by the micro switch gap of the contact, the power supply of the coil is disconnected. The top rod is clamped to the right by the force of the spring, and the suction iron top rod will drive the top rod sleeve to move downwards together to make the pump work and achieve the purpose of dispensing. If there is a lack of connection during the infusion of medicine, press the union bolt and the union block, and continue to move downwards by twisting the spring force until the contact is in contact with the micro switch. At this time, the coil power is turned on, generating magnetic force. Pull the top rod to the left, and the suction iron top rod sleeve will not move, so as to prevent the glass pump from working and achieve the purpose of automatically stopping the infusion.
