Superheated Water Sterilizer (SG) Description

The superheated water sterilizer for infusion products is strictly designed and manufactured according to cGMP Standard. The product uses high-temperature circular water as the sterilizing medium to sterilize materials by drip type rising temperature, sterilizing and cooling operation. During the whole working process, the sterilization medium flows in the closed circular system to avoid the second pollution effectively. The temperature adjustment scale of the equipment is wide and the temperature homogeneity is good. Besides, it has protective system.

For treatment of large volume infusion/parenteral solutions in sealed containers (e. G. Glass/plastic bottles or plastic bags).
Horizontal autoclaves.
Possibility of realization for treatment of packed food products with pasteurization cycle.
