HTD Series Bin automatic lifting mixer is reliable mixing equipment for raw material in pharmaceutical industry, consisted of stainless steel mixing container, lifting and rotating device and process control system. Working speed is controlled via variable frequency converter and can be set as per mixing requirement of powder. Working process is controlled by PLC program. HTD Series Single Column container blender is on base of traditional blender, develop by most advanced technology, have fast disassemble, instead different hopper. The technology, manufacture, installation meet the GMP standard. Bin blender has remarkable working principle, as the bin is lifted to the required height and clamped. The driving system starts to work and mix according to time and speed assigned in advance after the pressure sensors receive signal of tightly clamped. Reaching to the parameters assigned in advance, the rotary frame stops vertically. The mixing craft is over. The lifting system then works accordingly to lay down the bin.
