Mechanical performance
This machine is composed of lifting, feeding, pressing, pelletizing, hydraulic, cooling, frame, external sealing, and electrical components
1) The lifting part is controlled by a hydraulic lifting cylinder to raise and lower the feeding mechanism, and the position is controlled by a limit switch, which is interlocked with feeding, tablet pressing, and whole grain.
2) The feeding section is equipped with an electric motor and double cone unequal pitch screws to pre press and degass the powder. According to the performance of different materials, it can be infinitely adjusted

3) The tablet pressing is driven by an electric motor to drive a cycloidal pinwheel reducer. Rotate the transmission shaft to drive the relative rotation of the two pressure wheels and work together with pressure to compress the powder

4) The whole grain part is driven by a variable frequency speed regulation motor to rotate the whole grain cutter, shaping the sheet-like material into the required particles and discharging them in the mesh.
5) The pressure part is supplied by an electric vane water pump to the oil pump, the energy storage device stabilizes the pressure, and the power point is connected to a pressure gauge to set the upper and lower pressure limits.
6) Cooling can be done using tap water or cooling water, through the HS-X32A bidirectional inner pipe rotary joint, and through the shaft hole, the surface of the pressure wheel can be forced to cool
