working principle:
The automatic cap sorting and capping machine is mainly used for sorting and capping round vials. It can be equipped with a filling and stopper machine before capping according to customer needs. The bottle is positioned and stopped forward when the bottle is conveyed under the capping head through the conveyor belt. After the capping work is completed, the bottle runs to the lower end of the capping head for intermittent stop, and the capping head passes through the connecting rod. The mechanism presses down and rotates clockwise to complete the capping work. The height of the capping head of the capping machine is adjustable for the entire stand, the speed of the entire motion process of capping and capping is adjustable; the capping speed is adjustable.
The lid adopts an electromagnetic oscillation type lid. The vibration of the oscillator hopper is caused by the vibration of the electromagnet in the oscillator hopper, so that the disordered bottle caps are arranged in an orderly manner, and they enter the lid hanging station along the sliding track, and the positioning is accurate and error-free. . The capping movement is driven by the groove cam to push the capping head on the connecting rod to install the fixed plate, thereby driving the capping head up or down; the three-phase asynchronous motor is driven by the synchronous pulley to make the capping head rotate quickly, and the capping speed can be adjusted by the knob To be adjusted.
The main engine frequency conversion speed regulation, the conveyor belt stepless speed regulation, and the oscillation speed regulation knob are adapted to the requirements of the production capacity of various specifications.
The linear bearings used in the table of the capping machine are selected from German igus oil-free bearings to avoid product pollution.
