Main features and advantages:
1. The traction uses servo motor drive technology (precision screw intelligent traction), with precise synchronization and stroke length set freely on the human-machine interface.
2. Configure a cursor to plate sealing device to ensure consistent and clear tracking of block images and text.
3. The function conversion of aluminum-plastic (hot forming)/aluminum-aluminum (cold forming) can be achieved by replacing the mold and corresponding feeder when implementing aluminum-aluminum packaging.
4. Multiple aluminum aluminum packaging feeding methods have successfully solved the feeding problem of rapid operation of various irregular tablets.
5. Set up five workstations - molding, heat sealing, batch number printing, indentation, punching, etc. - all located by the same spline central axis, and each workstation can move independently, making calibration convenient.
6. A novel mold positioning device meets the common requirement of rapid mold replacement, shortens mold adjustment time, and reduces material waste.
7. Equipped with an organic glass cover, the operating area is completely isolated from the transmission mechanism, preventing pollution and making it easy for daily cleaning.
8. It has the function of automatic online detection and removal of missing particles and waste versions, and can also be configured with imported image detection devices according to user requirements.
