Machine Details:

This machine unit employs the same design as the GZS-9A. It is composed by a high speed shell forming and cavity filling machine, a high speed cooler and a high speed sealing machine. The capacity of ZS-3 is about the same as ZS-U and ZS-L, but it has following features:
A cam machine driven by a motor combining with a pneumatic motor is the driving source.
Fill 3 cavities each time. Precise positioning, no spilling and no sticking to the wall.
Colour code correction.
Auto detection of collapse shells which will not be filled and marked by piercing a hole at the bottom. The collapsed shell will be auto removed at the end.
Servo motor system is used to adjust the loading volume accurately.
Liquid medicine remains to be the same temperature in the storage barrel. Plunger pump is used to control liquid reflux.
After filling, liquid medicine in the shells is cooled and condensed by continuously moving along a special curve
path. The conversion from liquid to solid happened during this time.
Preheating before sealing.
Sealing is driven by cam machine, fast and accurate.
Various kinds of packing material can be used in the machine such as PVC, PVC/PE, and PVC/PVDC/PE.
Sticky material like gelatine and chinese medicine can be used for filling.
The number of capsules on each strip can be adjusted to any number.
After products can be collected automatically.

Working Principle:

Bundles of PVC or PE/PVC sheets are blowed and thermoformed into shells with top openings that are ready for filling. The liquid medicine which has been well mixed in the homogenizer (a double jacket with stirrer) is then injected into the shells with high accuracy. Filled shells are then transported into a cooler where liquid medicine is transformed into solid state with the shape of shells. And then,they are conveyed to the sealing machine where the top openings are sealed followed by embossing batch number, date of manufacture, making tearing line, cutting bottom line, trimming top line, counting and cutting. The finished products can then be packaged into boxes by a cartooning machine.
