ZP9 Enhenced type rotary tablet press
Application:
This rotary tablet press is a single-press type, continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets.It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronic, plastic and metallurgical industries.
Rotary tablet press is used to press all kinds of granular raw materials into discs and special-shaped tablets. It is a basic equipment suitable for batch production. The structure is double pressure type, with two sets of feeding devices and two sets of wheels. 33 pairs of dies can be installed on the rotary table, and 66 pieces can be pressed after one revolution. The speed of the rotary table, the filling depth of the material and the tablet thickness can be adjusted during tablet pressing. The mechanical buffer device on the machine can avoid damage to the parts caused by overload. The machine is equipped with powder suction box. The suction nozzle can absorb the dust generated when the machine is running, avoid sticking and blocking, and can recycle the raw materials for reuse.
